Sale of Existing Waterfront Leases

As Lessee, we contract with you to effect a transfer of the 75 year lease.

This process involves execution of a Sales Contract, execution of Transfer Forms, obtaining Consent, meeting Landowner, Variation of lease to suit your requirements (where necessary), Stamping and Registration of Transfer Forms.

Settlement takes place upon the date we obtain the written Consent to Transfer from the landowner or on Completion date per the contract (30 days), whichever is the latter. Stamping and Registration is a process to place the transfer on the public record.

Shares in selected Waterfront Land Leases and Projects

Opportunities exist for you and friends to “spread the risk” and get together to form a company to own a piece of land. Many people do this here:

E.g. five(5) people may own 20 percent of a company that owns a lease or two and develop same to sub-divide into five plots or share on a time basis for holidays etc. . Remember you will be one of the most pristine protected harbours in the country.

Joint Venture with Landowners

Each contract and lease can retain the landowners within the lease itself – this means they have an interest with you as Lessee, as well as Lessor – this may be appropriate in some tourist developments. Those who opt to exclude the landowners and have them as the Lessor only will have to pay the difference between the premium paid and the land value as per Government Valuation. This is explained on each opportunity description page.
