Joint Venture with Landowners
Each contract and lease can retain the landowners within the lease itself – this means they have an interest with you as Lessee, as well as Lessor – this may be appropriate in some tourist developments. Those who opt to exclude the landowners and have them as the Lessor only will have to pay the difference between the premium paid and the land value as per Government Valuation.
